As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of your assigned construction project and ensure that work proceeds smoothly, on schedule and within required project specifications
- On site field coordination of employees and subcontractors.
- Schedule all day to day activities and maintaining a project schedule.
- Hold safety meetings and enforce safety policy.
- Represent company values and policies.
- Review all field change orders.
- Generate and log all RFI’s.
- Code and track employee time cards.
- Processing daily field reports and site photos.
- Performing consistent quality control check on all trades.
- Participate in construction meetings.
- Walk project for completion, generating and managing punch lists and ensuring work is completed in accordance with plans and in a timely manner.
- Keep a clean and organized site.
Knowledge in gas stations, hotels and tenant improvement are a must. Computer skills is a plus.
