Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) routines and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure all Team Members complete Shift Excellence tasks for their positions.;
Provide excellent customer service: greet customers, resolve complaints, maintain customer relations.;
Oversee attendance, timekeeping, and development/training of Team Members; handle conflicts.;
