$24.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Answer incoming customer service calls.
• Assure all urgent requests are handled promptly.
• Organize and communicate customer repair schedules.
• Collect customer feedback.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
