** What You'll Do
*** Assist advisors with greeting customers that are dropping off or picking up vehicles for service and repairs.
* Answer incoming calls to the service department.
* Provide customer updates by phone and text.
* Send service reminders to customers by phone, text and email
* Navigate traffic in the service drive during high-volume times.
* Move customer vehicles.
* Special projects as assigned.
* Must be able to perform essential job functions, including being on your feet for extended periods of time and working outdoors in different weather conditions.
** What You'll Bring
*** 1+ years of experience with customer service in person and over the phone.
