Job Description
Responsible for answering inbound customer, payer, and attorney calls related to patient accounting questions for hospitals. Calls are primarily related to accounts with government and non-government insurance; may also be for self-pay and uninsured patients. The work environment is a fast‑paced call center and requires talking on the phone 70% or more of the work day.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- 1‑2 years’ experience in an inbound call center or customer service representative environment
- Exceptional customer service skills, good listener and communicator
- Experience with an auto‑dialer
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Length:
Temp to PERM - Wage: up to $16 per hour, depending on experience and interview
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.‑5 p.m.
