This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of Carmichael, CA. Typical schedule will be Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm.

As a Customer Service Representative, your day starts by scheduling and coordinating incoming service calls, ensuring each technician is assigned based on skill set and location. You keep the dispatch board updated and forecast workloads to prepare for the days ahead. Throughout the day, you're in constant communication-dispatching technicians, answering customer inquiries, and following up on pending work. You also manage maintenance agreements, update customer records, and handle purchase orders as needed.

When not actively handling dispatch, you might assist with billing, payroll, emails, or permits to keep everything running smoothly.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of dispatching or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, customer-focused, and able to work independently

• Experience in the plumbing industry
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Service Titan
• Team-oriented with strong decision-making skills under pressure
