• Respond to client inquiries regarding their policies with warmth and accuracy.
• Assist with processing premium payments and handling routine policy updates.
• Maintain organized records of all client interactions to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
• Collaborate with the agency team to resolve concerns quickly and effectively.
• Act as a friendly point of contact for walk-in clients visiting our Anaheim location.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work from our Anaheim office location during standard business hours.
• Strong comfort level with basic computer navigation and office software.
• Clear and empathetic communication style.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or service-based role is highly valued.
• Have personal line license or willing to obtain it.
