We are actively hiring customer service reps with call center experience.

You will be the front-line for all customer calls, delivering outstanding service and support to all customers. Your primary goal is to answer customer inquiries and solve their issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming telephone calls from customers in a professional manner.
- Answer routine questions regarding a variety of issues and inquiries.
- Answer complex questions by conducting research and involve staff appropriately.
- Investigate and correct errors accurately.
- Document all customer contacts in accordance with established procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Live within 15 miles of our office location
- Positive attitude, team player, and smile, smile, smile.
- Outgoing, high-energy personality.
- Professional appearance
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish
- Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude.
