We are seeking a Senior Textile Artist to join a fast‑paced, high‑volume design team focused on creating commercially strong prints for major retail partners. This role is ideal for someone who brings a sharp eye for color and texture, understands trend, and can translate creative concepts into print assortments that work at scale.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for a seasoned textile designer who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and can balance creativity with speed, volume, and business needs.

• Create original textile prints and surface design concepts for high‑volume retail programs.
• Develop artwork with a strong point of view in color, texture, and trend relevance.
• Interpret market trends and translate them into commercially viable print direction.
• Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams and present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple prints and design priorities at once in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Leverage AI and emerging design tools as part of the creative process.
• Ensure artwork aligns with the aesthetic, pace, and production demands of large‑scale retail accounts.

• Senior‑level experience in textile or surface design.
• Strong expertise in print, color, texture, and trend interpretation.
• Experience designing for large retail channels or mass‑market brands.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume environment without sacrificing quality and commercial appeal.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI as part of the design workflow.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.
