Part-Time | $23–$26.50/hr | (Anaheim, Orange, Buena Park, Tustin, La Habra, Fullerton)

At Autism Learning Partners and Children’s Learning Connection
, we work with children with autism to help them grow, learn, and thrive through play-based teaching. We provide full, paid training — no prior experience in ABA needed!
- Help Kids Learn Through Play:
Teach children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions — often through fun games or activities. - Be a Positive Role Model:
Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day. - Stay Active:
You’ll be moving around, playing, and engaging throughout your sessions. - Keep Things Organized:
Track what you worked on and how your kiddo did (we’ll train you on this too). - Support Families:
Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope.
- $23–$26.50/hr + extra pay for evenings/weekends and bilingual skills (English/Spanish/Vietnamese)
- Hours:
4–5 weekdays Monday - Friday 3:30–8pm (Saturdays optional) - Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
- Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
- Training will be compensated at the same hourly rate as the clinical role.
- Full, paid training (no experience needed!)

- Additional $2/hr evenings/weekends

- High School Diploma or GED AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses)
- 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
- Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
- Willingness to pass background and health checks
- Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
- A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
