The Digital Merchandising Specialist is responsible for smooth, timely, and accurate execution of product launches, site promotions, and content updates across This role is hands‑on and highly collaborative, working closely with teams across merchandising, planning, marketing, and IT.
You will own the set up and execution of promotions and product launches, lead QA for site readiness, and help identify opportunities to improve backend workflows and processes. This role plays a key part in keeping operations on track and delivering consistent, high-quality customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing Promotions & Campaigns- Set up and QA all promotional campaigns (Flash Sales, Holiday Events, App Exclusives)
- Manage coupon code configuration across CRM and loyalty platforms in Salesforce
- Own the promo calendar and keep timelines on track
- Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams
- Recap campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure all new products go live on time and are fully set up accurately
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to manage launch readiness and remove blockers
- Build tools like swatch guides and markup docs to support creative and marketing teams
- Identify gaps in workflows, documentation, and communication
- Help refine backend processes to boost speed and reduce error rates
- Maintain and evolve reporting dashboards and site operations trackers
- Partner with the Sr. Site Merchandiser to scale tools and systems
- Act as the go‑to person for site operations across the function
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates on status and next steps
- Escalate risks early and collaborate on resolution
- Maintain calendars, docs, and documentation to support alignment and visibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or similar
- 4-6 years of experience in eComm site operations or digital merchandising
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or a comparable platform
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to juggle multiple timelines
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Looker, Jira, or similar tools a plus
- A proactive, solution‑first mindset and great follow‑through
- Willingness to support key retail periods like Black Friday and Cyber Monday

Salary Range: $62,111 to $78,500

- Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.
This is a full‑time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
