Assistant Director, Registrar Operations

• Assisting the Director of Registrar Operations with policy and regulatory requirements to assess compliance and regulatory risk.
• Working with campuses on resolving various registrar issues and concerns such as difficulty in tracking or obtaining data.
• Identifying and reviewing attendance and grade discrepancies.
• Working with campus registrars and campus leadership to resolve issues to ensure accurate student records and transcripts.

• A minimum of five years of experience as a registrar in higher education or in a college Records office involving student records, registration, admissions, attendance, grades and record keeping.
• Knowledge of secondary and postsecondary educational programs.
• Knowledge of accreditation, state, federal and local laws/regulations relating to programs, governmental compliance and other regulatory standards.

• Associate’s degree required.
