- Serve as the central coordination point for all service operations, handling technician scheduling, dispatching, workload balancing, and real-time adjustments as priorities shift throughout the day.
- Communicate directly with customers to manage service requests, schedule work efficiently, provide status updates, and ensure each job is prepared with the correct technical information, parts, and safety requirements.
- Maintain all service documentation including work orders, job notes, closeouts, technician training records, certifications, and service activity logs to support operational accuracy and compliance.
- Support service leadership by assisting with small repair quotes, tracking service performance metrics, and ensuring technicians are aligned, informed, and fully equipped to deliver high‑quality field work.
- $90,000+ total compensation (base salary + bonus potential) with full benefits and relocation assistance for candidates moving to the position’s location.
- Prior Overhead Crane Technician experience is required, including hands‑on exposure to bridge cranes, hoists, runway systems, rigging, inspections, troubleshooting, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.
- Experience with major crane manufacturers—such as Konecranes, Demag, CM, R&M, Gorbel, Spanco, or Whiting—is strongly preferred and will greatly accelerate onboarding success.
- Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, comfort with scheduling and workflow coordination, and a desire for a long-term, office‑based operations role with predictable hours
