• Oversee the design and development of complex electrical systems
• Mentor junior engineers

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;
  Master’s preferred
• 7 to 10 years of progressive electrical engineering experience with demonstrated project leadership
• Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Experience with renewable energy systems
• Project management and budgeting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in electrical system design and project leadership
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional engineering teams and delivering projects on schedule and within budget

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Commitment to adhering to all relevant electrical codes and safety standards
