Lead Electrical Engineer
Anaheim, CA | $185K–$210K + Bonus
A nationally recognized employee‑owned electrical contractor and engineering organization is seeking a senior electrical engineering leader to support high‑profile infrastructure and commercial projects across Northern California. This opportunity offers strong long‑term growth, leadership exposure, ownership participation, and involvement in technically challenging aviation and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead electrical engineering execution for complex projects
- Oversee project schedules, engineering resources, and deliverables
- Mentor junior engineers and designers
- Perform electrical system calculations and studies
- Coordinate with PMs, field teams, and regulatory agencies
- Act as engineer of record on assigned projects
- Support utility coordination and code compliance
- Participate in design meetings and project site visits
- Active PE license
- Strong commercial/infrastructure electrical engineering background
- Experience leading projects from concept through completion
- Revit proficiency required
- NEC expertise required
- Airport/infrastructure project experience strongly preferred
- Experience with in electrical construction or design‑build environments preferred
