ACCS Design Engineer

, an employee-owned company (ESOP), is seeking a motivated Design Engineer to join our growing Controls team. This role offers the opportunity to work on Building Management Systems (BMS) in both new and existing buildings, while gaining hands‑on project experience and professional growth.

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the daily requirements of assigned projects.
• Generate VAVs, basic AHUs, FCUs, and basic system topology.
• Develop and review project submittals.
• Participate in job walks with the lead engineer and Project Manager.
• Create and track purchase orders.
• Support internal job management meetings.
• Obtain and review vendor quotes.
• Maintain organized project files.
• Attend bi-weekly PM meetings and monthly JTD meetings.
• Assist with CO estimating (entry level).
• Generate and track RFIs.
