Automated Systems Engineer

Leading Manufacturer | Automated Systems Engineer Opportunity!

We are seeking an Automated Systems Engineer with experience in regulated manufacturing environments to support compliance, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will work across internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards and aerospace regulations.

• Lead automated systems strategy and execution.
• Design, implement, and optimize automation systems.
• Align automation initiatives with business objectives.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve system performance.
• Oversee projects, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and system support.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years industrial automation experience required.
• 3+ years leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMI, SCADA systems.
• Experience with robotics and industrial controls.
