Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Engineering Services Integration Specialist position. This position is a contract opportunity which is expected to be on-site in Anaheim, CA. for a duration of 3 months with a possible extension.

The Engineering Services Integration Specialist is an essential member of the Facilities and Operations Support team for the Parks and Resorts. We are seeking a detail-oriented Integration Specialist to support our Maintenance and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) operations. As an Engineering Services Integration Specialist, you will update support data and report systems for the Engineering Services teams, focusing on fieldwork validation, data accuracy, and real-world verification of facilities and assets.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between field conditions and digital records, ensuring that facility data, infrastructure details, and maintenance information are accurate, current, and aligned with organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct field inspections and validation of facility assets, infrastructure, and maintenance-related data
• Verify existing records, drawings, GIS (geographic information systems) data in an ArcGIS environment, and asset inventories against real-world conditions
• Identify discrepancies and provide clear documentation of corrections or updates
• Capture field data using mobile tools (GIS apps, tablets, or other data collection systems)
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, engineers, and project stakeholders to resolve data inconsistencies
• Support updates to asset management systems and GIS databases
• Document field conditions with notes, photos, and standardized reporting methods
• Assist in developing and improving data validation workflows and standards
• Participate in site safety protocols and follow all fieldwork safety guidelines

Required:

• 0-2 years of experience in field inspection, maintenance operations, AEC, or related technical work
• Experience working with facility assets, utilities, infrastructure, or construction environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data or field conditions
• Familiarity with GIS, CAD, asset management systems, or construction documentation
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing regular fieldwork across various site conditions
• Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational, and documentation skills
• Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and build skills, which is vital in supporting the evolving nature of both the Resort as well as the geospatial and digital industries.
• Ability to critically evaluate problems and provide solutions.
• Valid driver's license

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience with use of Esri's suite of mobile, desktop, web, and server-based ArcGIS products, such as ArcGIS Pro, Portal for ArcGIS, Experience Builder, and Field Maps.
• Background in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, or Maintenance programs
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and technical documents
• Knowledge of data validation processes, asset lifecycle management, or digital twins
• Experience working with multiple data sources (e.g., GIS, CAD, BIM, CMMS)
