Patient Services Advocate II

Overview

Grow Healthy Alta Med is seeking a Patient Services Advocate who welcomes and attends to the needs of all patients and creates a positive front office patient experience by managing expectations with compassion and respect. The Advocate also functions as a member of the health care team by assisting in the delivery of patient-focused care and demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher, following American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross guidelines.

$25.00 - $29.38 hourly
