Expected Shifts 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm;

What You'll DoAnswer all incoming calls to the sales department.

Make customers feel welcomed by greeting them in a friendly manner.

Route and transfer calls to their appropriate destinations.

Take detailed phone messages and ensure they are delivered to the requested party.

Support the sales team by scheduling appointments or sending out appointment reminders.

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.

Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring1+ years of experience with customer service in person or over the phone.

Previous experience in a reception role or similar position.

Previous dealership experience.

Capability to work and communicate with customers and dealership staff.

Professional personal appearance.

Computer friendly.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards The hourly wage range for this position is $19-$22.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
