Role Description
The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Anaheim, CA. This role oversees day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger management, monthly and quarterly closing, and preparation of financial statements and management reports.
The Finance Manager will develop budgets and forecasts, monitor variances, and provide financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, overseeing billing and collections, coordinating with external auditors, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls. The Finance Manager will also lead or support process improvements, collaborate closely with operational and leadership teams, and may supervise accounting or finance staff.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
- 3–8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in a managerial or senior-level role.
- Strong financial reporting and accounting knowledge, including general ledger management, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support business decision-making.
- Proficiency in cash flow management, billing, collections, and working capital optimization.
- Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting or ERP systems;
Acumatica experience is highly desirable. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Self-starter mentality with a commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Salary range: $80,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience
