Manager, Finance - Hybrid

The Manager Finance supports local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned. Responsibilities include financial analysis and modeling to evaluate new programs and propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets; providing financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting; developing analytical reports to enhance process improvements and efficiency; supporting month‑end review of financial statements;

and managing appropriate finance staff. The role may also serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field, or equivalent education/experience
• 6 years of finance supervisory role experience
• 4 years of leadership experience

• Certified Public Accountant, HFMA, or FACHE certifications upon hire
