Member Account Protection Analyst

Our organization is seeking a Member Account Protection Analyst to support fraud prevention, investigations, and dispute resolution activities. This individual will review fraud alerts, investigate suspicious account activity, manage card-related fraud claims, and support payment network investigations. The role is responsible for minimizing fraud losses while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and investigate fraud alerts and suspicious account activity.
• Manage ATM, debit card, and credit card fraud claims.
• Support ACH and person-to-person payment investigations.
• Assist with Regulation E dispute processing.
• Independently manage a pipeline of fraud cases and disputes.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Provide a high level of customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in banking or credit union environments.
• Experience with ATM, debit card, and credit card fraud claims or investigations.
• Demonstrated experience in fraud investigations, claims, or disputes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zelle investigations.
• Experience with FDR, First Track, and/or Fiserv systems.
