Job SummaryThe scheduling coordinator performs clerical functions to ensure the efficient processing of referred clients to Qualicare Family Home Care. She/he organizes and schedules referred clients and anticipates staffing requirements to effectively manage client volumes. The activities are conducted in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures; may be required to be on call after regular business hours as directed by the Administrator and/or Care Coordinator.
We are looking for a Scheduler/Caregiver, someone who can help with day to day scheduling, documentation, processes as well as fill in for any caregiver call outs.
Responsibilities- Effectively meets the needs of each client by scheduling the client with caregiving services
- Responds to client/employee inquiries immediately
- Ensures all relevant information is received either in written, verbal, or electronic format
- Assists with tracking and validating client‑related documentation
- Can also function as a caregiver if needed
- Can help with process and procedures creation and building operational documents.
- Experience in the healthcare, homecare, home health field
- Knowledgeable in all Windows applications
- Experience with scheduling software is an added benefit
- Strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem‑solving skills
