Theideal candidate will possess the following:
- 6 months or more in a customer service role
- Previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role
- Hotel and Food and Beverage experience are a plus!
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Tech savviness and computer literate with the ability to adapt to various software and processing programs
- Proven experience working in a collaborative environment with strong attention to detail
Schedule:
Typically, morning shifts starting around 8:30am
Pay Rate: starting at $26.00 - $28.50 DOE

As a Coordinator in the Catering and Events department, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting several Catering & Events Managers.
What will I be doing?- Organize, plan, and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals.
- Communicate timely to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents, or in person.
- Handle phone calls, e‑mails and greet clients for Catering and Events in a professional, courteous manner.
- Input programs in booking systems, manage VIP guest arrangements, and coordinate site visits.
- Create and communicate documents including but not limited to BEOs, group resumes, post‑event reports, menus, diagrams/floor plans.
- Work with affiliate groups.
- Assist clients and deliver on expectations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes.
- Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues and determining the best solution for the client.
- Ensure high quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand the guest's needs.
- Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary.
- Other duties as necessary based on business needs.
