Job Description:
- Gather timesheet data and payroll information.
- Enter data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.
- Prepare and process paychecks and cash deposits.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions.
- Address payroll discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws.
- Proven work experience as a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Administrator.
- Time & Attendance Auditing experience.
- Full cycle payroll experience with payroll journal entry prep emphasize.
- Familiarity with payroll software, such as ADP and Workday.
