Job Description

JOB LOCATION:

Anaheim/Corona, CA

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage Help Desk requests, providing frontline support for all end‑user computing issues.
  • Install and configure all end‑user Windows desktops and laptops, maintaining current corporate standards through repair and upgrade.
  • Administer and maintain user accounts, security groups, and access permissions in Microsoft Active Directory, ensuring accurate provisioning, deprovisioning, and compliance with organization policies.
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other end‑user equipment using current corporate standards.
  • Install and configure end‑user software using current corporate standards, including new releases, system upgrades, patches, and evaluations.
  • Support and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure industry and company compliance.
  • Submit PO requisitions for equipment as needed.
  • Manage and maintain IT inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, timely updates, and proper documentation of all hardware and software assets.
  • On‑call and weekend hours may be required.
Qualifications
  • Fast learner with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and follow‑up skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills (essential).
  • Professional, courteous, friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast‑paced environment with varying duties assigned.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of study preferred or equivalent combination of education, certification, and job experience considered.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Preferred combination of CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certifications.
  • Experience with remote support tools and basic networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint security practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments, hardware troubleshooting, user account management, and software installation.
