Develop BI strategy and enterprise roadmap; standardize solutions and enable self-service analytics;
Own data warehouse governance and data quality; manage Snowflake platform and ETL/ELT processes;
Design and deliver reports and dashboards using Micro Strategy; migrate BI assets and design semantic layers;
Promote data literacy and run training; drive continuous improvement and innovation in BI tools and processes
