Job Title:
End User Computing (EUC) technician
This position is contract role
Job Summary ryThe End User Computing (EUC) Level 1 technician is responsible for providing first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and IT-related issues. The role includes troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity issues while ensuring smooth IT operations for user
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 1 technical support for end users via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issue
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and basic application
- Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and access issue
- Support Microsoft Office / O365 applications and email troubleshoot in
- Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi)
- Install and configure software applications and security update
- Maintain and update IT asset inventor
- Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2 or specialized IT team
- Provide on-site or remote support to ensure minimal downtime for user
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/1
- Understanding of Active Directory (basic user managemen
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Office 3
