* Job Description:

**** Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Systems Engineer (VMware / Microsoft Infrastructure) with a leading financial services organization.
** This role will support a hybrid enterprise environment focused on maintaining and optimizing core infrastructure systems across VMware, Windows Server, and Microsoft technologies while contributing to ongoing modernization efforts.
** Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:
*** 5+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering within enterprise environments
* Strong hands-on experience with
** VMware (vSphere / ESXi)
** including administration and troubleshooting
* Experience managing
** Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
** in a Windows Server environment
* Experience supporting
** Exchange (on-prem and/or Exchange Online)
** in a hybrid environment
* Experience with
** Power Shell or Bash scripting
** to automate administrative tasks
* Experience working with
** enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS, EMC, Pure, Net App)
*** Solid understanding of
** TCP/IP networking, system performance, and troubleshooting

** Anaheim, CA
** Onsite expectation:
** Hybrid — 2–3 days onsite initially, then 2 days/week (Wed/Thurs)
** Pay range:** $55–$65/hour
