Lead and manage the BI team (3–5 people) and collaborate with executives and stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights;
Develop and maintain Pacsun's enterprise BI strategy and roadmap across merchandising, planning, inventory, supply chain, and finance;
Own the data-warehouse environment (Snowflake), oversee ETL/ELT, data governance, and data quality;
Design and deliver reports and dashboards using Micro Strategy; build semantic layers and enable self-service analytics;
Drive innovation, performance optimization, and cost efficiency in data pipelines and BI assets
