The Business Analyst role supports a wide range of projects, driving process improvements, data analysis, and technology enablement across multiple business areas.
- Analyze global markets for IT services, servers, storage, backup, IT security, productivity software, remote monitoring services, hyperconvergence, and IoT.
- Study SMB and M‑B2B/consumer solutions markets to identify opportunities and trends.
- Perform desktop geospatial analysis to locate missing data, missing information, and media assets within a cloud‑based analytics stack.
- Gather requirements, optimize processes, and support Salesforce implementations.
- Conduct business, process, and systems analysis to support improvement initiatives, reporting, and technology enablement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; five or more years of business analyst experience, with at least three years focused on SaaS‑based solutions.
Technical and professional skills: strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions and actionable data insights.
