Job Schedule: 5-40; employees work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

• Performs maintenance and technical support on products at customer and/or field locations under limited supervision; may serve as a resource to other employees.
• Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment, subsystems, and software.
• Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and conducts diagnostic tests.
• Installs, upgrades and removes products and coordinates engineering field changes.
• Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
• May provide onsite training of customer support personnel. Responsible for installation, checkout, operation, maintenance and repair of customer equipment and/or software. Performs diagnostic tests to troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Serves as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
• Interprets customers’ needs and clarifies responsibility for problem resolution among sales, customer support, and engineers.
• 65% travel expected
• Other duties as assigned

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• 2-6 years of experience with fully proficient job knowledge/skills in the field.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Competent computer skills related to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship.

Salary ranges are location-dependent:
California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas: $62K - $116K. Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Vermont, and Virginia: $54K - $101K. Final offer amount varies based on experience and location. programs vary by hire date, schedule type, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
