Akkodis is seeking an IT Support technician on a contract basis in Anaheim, CA, onsite. You will troubleshoot Dell and HP laptops/workstations, manage IT assets and Service Now tickets, and perform IMAC activities while delivering strong customer service aligned with ITIL processes.
Requirements include Windows desktop support experience, hands-on Dell/HP device knowledge, ITSM/Service Now and ITIL familiarity, and excellent troubleshooting and communication skills;
CompTIA A+ is a plus.
