The ideal Dispatch technician is expected to:
Follow the direction and priorities established by the Dispatch Lead
Communicate progress, blockers, and site updates in a timely manner.
Escalate situations that require business or operational decisions to Dispatch
Exercise sound technical judgment while keeping the Dispatch Lead
Coordinator informed of significant issues.
Work independently to resolve technical problems within their scope of
responsibility.
Collaborate effectively with remote Infrastructure, Network, Security, Service
Desk, and Engineering teams.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and asset changes.
The dispatch technician should be capable of resolving technical issues by
themselves while communicating any operational decisions, priority changes,
customer commitments, and escalation management to the Dispatch Lead

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Able to work independently while following direction and established
processes.
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Escalates business or operational decisions appropriately without bypassing
the Dispatch Lead Coordinator.
Works collaboratively with remote Infrastructure, Network, Security, and
Service Desk teams.
Maintains professionalism under pressure and manages multiple priorities.
Required Technical ExperienceActive Directory and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
Microsoft Intune and Modern Device Management.
Windows 11 imaging, deployments, provisioning, and troubleshooting.
Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, Outlook, One Drive, SharePoint, and MFA.
macOS device support and deployment.
VPN connectivity and Corporate Network troubleshooting.
Network printers and peripheral support.
Basic server and networking knowledge to perform Hands & Feet tasks with
remote Infrastructure teams.
IT asset inventory, hardware lifecycle management, equipment deployment,
eWaste handling, and asset tracking.
Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site Hands & Feet support.
Resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.
Support new hire deployments, device replacements, and hardware
installations.
Assist with infrastructure activities, inventory management, and equipment
logistics.
Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation.
Deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to company standards
