Client Solutions Manager

Cox Automotive is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to drive adoption of our telecommunications and media solutions across automotive dealers and OEMs. In this role, you will consult with clients to understand business goals, translate needs into data-driven solution roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results. You will analyze performance, optimize campaigns and platforms, lead presentations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and strategic advisor for key dealership and OEM clients
• Assess client business needs and translate them into tailored Cox Automotive solution roadmaps
• Coordinate with sales, product, data, and marketing teams to implement solutions and campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and recommend optimizations to drive client ROIPrepare and deliver client presentations, QBRs, and product demos
• Manage renewals, expansions, and overall client satisfaction and retention
• Stay current on telecommunications, media, and automotive digital retail trends
• Document client requirements and feedback for product and engineering teams
• Support new solution rollouts, pilots, and cross-brand opportunities
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the client solutions team
