The successful candidates will be asked to work on both litigated and non-litigated matters in high exposure catastrophic claims. Newer attorneys will be provided mentorship and opportunities for exposure with all stages of litigation while senior attorneys will be provided the flexibility and independence to posture their files as they see fit. Candidates with experience in casualty claims will be given priority.
The positions are hybrid in nature, with more senior attorneys having greater flexibility on working remotely.
The firm's book of business varies greatly, with attorneys obtaining exposure to numerous areas of losses, including automobile claims, golf course claims, brewery claims, winery claims, and elevator claims.
