Paralegal

We’re a growing law firm focused on employment law and personal injury, and we’re looking for an experienced paralegal to join our team full time in our office, Monday through Friday.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to manage a case from intake to resolution, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

• Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Manage case files and maintain deadlines
• Assist with trial preparation and hearings
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Review and summarize medical records and employment files
• Coordinate filings and ensure compliance with court rules

• At least 3 years of paralegal experience (employment law and/or personal injury preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with case management software
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines
• Professional communication skills
• Reliable and able to work in person, Monday through Friday
