Description
The Supply Chain Manager at Hyper Solutions is responsible for developing and executing the company’s supply chain strategy to optimize efficiency, reduce cost, and support scalable growth. This role owns planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, supplier performance, and ERP utilization to ensure seamless operations across domestic and international manufacturing partners.
Serving as a key leader within the Supply Chain organization, this position partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external suppliers to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and KPI performance across Hyper’s manufacturing and infrastructure programs.
Core Responsibilities- Lead supply chain strategy and execution across planning, sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
- Oversee ERP utilization (Net Suite/SAP or similar) to enable accurate forecasting, planning, and performance reporting.
- Manage supplier relationships, contract manufacturing partners, and outsourcing strategies, including contract negotiations and implementation.
- Drive inventory optimization, including forecasting, safety stock strategy, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy across Hyper Hub and manufacturing partners.
- Own key supply chain KPIs including OTD, inventory turns, days on hand, lead time, cost-to-serve, and supplier performance.
- Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Operations to improve production planning, capacity alignment, and on-time delivery.
- Lead cost management initiatives including freight optimization, procurement savings, and working capital improvement.
- Support product lifecycle management and new product introduction in partnership with Engineering and Manufacturing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean process optimization across supply chain and manufacturing partners.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, ethical sourcing, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Finance on variance analysis, cost modeling, and performance reporting.
- Develop SOPs, standard work, and scalable processes to support growth.
- Train, mentor, and develop supply chain team members.
- Provide data-driven insights and executive-level reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite daily in our facility in Anaheim, California
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, production planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Proven experience managing domestic and offshore suppliers and contract manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of inventory planning, logistics, sourcing, and ERP-driven supply chain operations.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and drive KPI performance.
- Experience in electrical infrastructure, data center, electronics, or engineered manufacturing environments.
- Background supporting new product introduction and product lifecycle management.
- APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP) or similar credentials.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
