As a Regional Manager for our Scrubs & Beyond stores , you play a critical role in bringing our mission to life: making hard days easier for our customers, our teams, and our communities. You are responsible for the people development and operational excellence of a group of stores, leading with both heart and discipline to ensure strong performance and a consistent, elevated customer experience.
Through spirited leadership , empathetic coaching , and rigorous execution , you set the standard for how we operate , how we serve, and how we show up for one another. You balance vigilance in the details with big-picture thinking—driving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency while fostering an engaged, inclusive culture. As a Regional Manager, you are a brand steward who helps grow our business, strengthen our culture, and ensure every store delivers a meaningful and memorable shopping experience.
EssentialJob Duties
- Lead with energy and purpose through selling effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational excellence to drive sales and profitability.
- Champion an exceptional customer experience that reflects our commitment to empathy, care, and service—especially on our customers’ hardest days.
- Use metrics thoughtfully and rigorously, taking action to continuously improve store and regional performance.
- Execute group sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales plans.
- Develop, coach, and manage talent consistently and comprehensively, building strong teams and future leaders.
- Recognize, celebrate, and reinforce performance that exceeds expectations; address underperformance with clarity, empathy, and accountability.
- Review and analyze financial and operational reports to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and drive sustainable results.
- Identify , implement, and scale best practices with consistency and vigilance across all stores.
- Stay informed on competitive activity and trends; communicate insights effectively to store operations and merchandising partners.
- Actively model and drive the company’s cultural vision and values in every interaction.
- Sees possibility and opportunity, even in challenging or ambiguous situations.

- 5+ years of multi-unit specialty retail leadership experience.
- Formal education preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit goals.
- Demonstrated success delivering both short-term results and long-term business growth.
- Ability to work independently while consistently achieving performance expectations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners at all levels.
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity with optimism, agility, and confidence.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel weekly to stores; travel required approximately 50 –75%.
