Job Description:

The Senior Associate, Project Management supports both internal and external operational aspects of ongoing projects within a program. This role ensures alignment between project management, planning, project teams and line management. Responsibilities include mentoring project issues; and implementing mechanisms to track progress and drive problem-solving.

• Oversees and manages internal and/or external operational aspects of ongoing projects within a program.
• External aspects require leadership and broad expertise across a multitude of disciplines.
• Internal aspects may include leading a subset of the project’s scope, or interface between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Influences the adoption of practices, approaches and concepts across multiple disciplines.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops and implements mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Other duties as assigned

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master’s Degree or have completed their Master’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Prior project management experience in aerospace and defense environment

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, is [$80,500 MIN
- $149,500 MAX]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3
