Thisroleisresponsibleforoverseeingmitigationprojectsfromstarttofinish,ensuringworkiscompletedsafely,efficiently,andinaccordancewithcompanystandardsandclientexpectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Superviseandsupportmitigationtechniciansonjobsites Managewater,fire,mold,andstormdamagerestorationprojects
Ensureallworkiscompletedaccordingtoindustrystandardsandcompanyprocedures
Monitorjobprogress,timelines,and budgets
Performsiteinspectionsandqualitycontrolchecks
Communicateeffectivelywithclients,adjusters,andinternalteams
Documentjobdetails,includingphotos,moisturereadings,and reports
Ensureproperuseandmaintenanceofequipment
EnforcesafetyprotocolsandcompliancewithOSHAregulations Trainandmentorteammemberstosupportgrowthanddevelopment
Qualifications:
Previousexperienceinrestoration/mitigation(water,fire,mold,etc.)
Leadershiporsupervisoryexperiencepreferred.
Strongknowledgeofdryingtechniquesandrestorationequipment.
IICRCcertifications(WRT,ASD,AMRT,etc.)preferred.
Excellentcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills.
Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsinafast-paced environment.
Valid driver’slicenseandcleandrivingrecordAbilitytolift
50+lbsandworkinvariousenvironmentalconditions.
