Job Title: Inventory Management Support Specialist
Location: Anaheim, CA (Onsite)
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: 9/80 Work Schedule (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM, every other Friday off)
Pay Rate: $26.00/hour (W2)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Management Support Specialist to perform critical shipping, receiving, and material handling operations in our Anaheim facility. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination to ensure accurate and efficient material flow.

• Perform shipping and receiving functions including loading/unloading materials, inspecting shipments, and verifying documentation
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Package and prepare outbound shipments according to specifications
• Generate shipping labels and documentation
• Conduct visual inspections of incoming materials for damage or defects
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
• Collaborate with internal teams and external carriers to coordinate shipments
• Perform cycle counts and participate in inventory audits

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience
• Proficiency operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• US Citizenship required

• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems
• Forklift certification
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
