Installation Support​/Warehouse

Responsibilities

The role involves installing and servicing automated and manual door equipment, storefront framing, and related components for customers across various industries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Install automatic and manual door equipment, storefront framing, miscellaneous break metal coverage, and tie into electrical power as needed.
• Assist in the installation of revolver doors.
• Oversee component raw material inventories, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Maintain daily cycle count schedule and update ERP (Baan) with cycle count adjustments.
• Resolve discrepancies between ERP and physical inventory.
• Verify inventory locations and update as needed, including maintaining inventory by location spreadsheet.
• Identify potential Bill of Material problems and send information to Manufacturing Support.
• Perform receiving duties (forklift certification required).
• Verify accuracy of ERP inventory when required by Exception Report.
• Keep office and warehouse clean and safe.
• Assist Operations Manager with parts pick‑up/delivery to job sites.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Self‑motivated with strong desire to learn and improve.
• Detail oriented; quality conscious with high degree of accuracy.
• Minimum one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum one year of experience in cycle counting process.
• Proficient with basic math operations in various units of measure.
• Some ERP/Microsoft Office computer experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must meet the minimum age requirement of 21.
• Must obtain AAADM certification within one year of employment and maintain it as required.

Hourly rate: $25-$30 per hour, depending on education, experience, and skill set.
