P&A Support Associate
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented P&A Support Associate to assist production and assembly operations. This role supports manufacturing processes by supplying materials, assisting with assembly tasks, maintaining work areas, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support production and assembly teams with daily operations
- Prepare, move, and organize materials and components
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and inspection tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow quality and safety procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
