Stockroom Associate

Murrietta Circuits is seeking a Stockroom Associate to support our high-reliability electronics manufacturing operations. You will receive, inspect, label, and store electronic components and raw materials; accurately pick and issue parts to production; perform cycle counts; and maintain inventory records in our ERP system. The role requires careful handling of ESD-sensitive parts, adherence to quality and documentation standards, and close collaboration with production, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and reliable PCB and assembly output.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming electronic components and materials against documentation
• Label, store, and organize stockroom inventory following ESD and safety procedures
• Pick, kit, and issue parts to production work orders accurately and on time
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and quality to resolve shortages or discrepancies
• Follow quality, documentation, and traceability requirements for high-reliability electronics
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom work area
