This is a 2nd Shift Opportunity - 3PM to 130PM (Weekends OFF)

• 1. Operating CNC machines, including mill and lathe operations, to manufacture parts according to specifications.
• 2. Reading and interpreting complex blueprints, drawings and other specifications to ensure accurate production.
• 3. Utilizing your expertise in 2-3-4- 5 AXIS machining to enhance our production capabilities.
• 4. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with CNC machines and other equipment, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
• 5. Collaborating with our team to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and quality.
• 6. Calibrating equipment to ensure it meets production requirements and maintains the highest level of accuracy.
• 7. Training and mentoring less experienced team members, sharing your knowledge and skills to enhance their professional development.
• 8. Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• 1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in CNC machining, including mill and lathe operation.
• 2. Proven experience in machine programming, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
• 3. Proficiency in 2-3-4- and/or 5 AXIS machining.
• 4. Exceptional troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• 5. A strong attention to detail, ensuring the production of high-quality, accurate products.
• 6. Excellent team player skills, with the ability to work well with others to achieve common goals.
• 7. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and other technical specifications.
• 8. Experience in equipment calibration, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our machinery.
• 9. A commitment to safety and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
