About the RoleWe are seeking aMedia Buyerwith a proven track record in digital advertising to plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with diverse clients, contribute to their success, and potentially transition to full-time employment based on performance and agency growth.
The Media Buyer will work closely with creative, SEO, and analytics teams to align ad strategies with overarching marketing objectives, ensuring ROI-driven success across all tiers of clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute multi-platform digital advertising strategies tailored to client goals.
- Leverage platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and Linked In Ads to maximize ROI.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
Performance Optimization:
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS) and make data-driven adjustments.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, placements, and landing pages to improve conversions.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to clients, emphasizing opportunities for growth.
Budget Management:
- Strategically allocate and optimize advertising budgets to maximize impact across client tiers.
- Ensure adherence to budget constraints while achieving key performance targets.
Collaboration and Innovation:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, SEO, and Analytics, to align campaigns with client branding and overall marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into campaigns.
Required Experience:
- Must have prior experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) campaigns and managing paid media within regulated industries such as healthcare or medical services.
- Proven success in digital advertising, with expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Linked In Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and inform optimization strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing advertising budgets of varying sizes.
Skills and
Certifications:
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- Advanced knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and ad performance optimization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client presentations.
