Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As an LVN at La Palma Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to our residents, including taking vital signs, administering medications ordered by physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff and physician
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
