💲 Overtime Rate: $101.08/hr
🌙 PM Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM

We are seeking experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses (RNs) to support Kaiser Permanente Anaheim. This is an excellent opportunity for highly skilled L&D nurses who thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and are passionate about providing exceptional maternal and newborn care.
Kaiser Anaheim cares for high-risk obstetrical patients and is looking for clinicians with strong clinical judgment, excellent critical thinking skills, and recent Labor & Delivery experience.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients, including high-risk obstetrical cases.
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to emergent situations.
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatology, and interdisciplinary teams to provide safe, high-quality patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies.
- Accurately document patient care utilizing Epic EMR.
- Deliver family-centered care while maintaining patient safety and quality standards.
✅ Active California RN License
✅ Current California Driver's License Required
✅ Must be a Local Resident
✅ Minimum 3+ Years of Recent Labor & Delivery Nursing Experience
✅ Experience Caring for High-Risk Obstetrical Patients Required
✅ Strong L&D Skills at NRP Standards
✅ Recent Epic EMR Experience Required
✅ Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Orientation Requirements✅ Five (5) Unit Orientations Required
✅ Orientations will be scheduled based on unit availability and staffing needs
✅ All required orientations must be completed within the first two (2) weeks of assignment start
Scheduling Requirements✅ Minimum Availability of One (1) Shift Per Week
✅ Must Work One (1) Weekend Per Month
